Not shown is the huge raised reservoir next to the tower, on top of which is where the action of the chapter takes place. This is a large raised grassy area from which you can see much of Saint Paul, and while it is technically illegal to climb up to it the view is great. Michael and Samantha lay out on the grass talking about all that has transpired, just enjoying each other’s company – at least until the next crisis.
