The Sun chapter takes Elspeth from the hill outside Rochester to Samantha’s downtown Minneapolis apartment, a site selected because neither Balzador nor Jim have any knowledge of it.
Highway 52 is the road shown running northwest from Rochester to the metro area. Interstate 494 is the freeway that runs along the south edge of the metro area, and Interstate 35 runs from south to north and into downtown Minneapolis. The section of Highway 55 mentioned in the chapter is a short section that runs from the 494 loop into downtown.
The Guild mages meet and discuss strategy, but are interrupted by magick office operatives storming the apartment and capturing everyone present. The magick office was able to find the location thanks to a tracking device planted in the car that Elspeth stole during her escape.
